Questions
Does it include your prices?
Yes. The price book has our own 113 line items with the descriptions we put on estimates and the prices we charge in Everett, Washington (October 2026). Treat them as a starting point: your costs, crew and market are different. A market adjustment raises or lowers every price at once, or change each line.
Can I import it into my software?
Yes. The kit has the price book in Contractor Foreman’s cost item format and as a general CSV that most estimating and invoicing apps can import. The Estimating Workbook already has it filled in.
Are the forms legal documents?
They are practical job forms, not contracts. Use your own contract, and check your state’s required notices (Washington, for example, has a required customer disclosure statement) with your attorney or licensing agency.
How do I get my files?
Right after payment you land on your download page, and the same link is emailed to you. The link doesn’t expire, so you can download again on another device later.
Can I print it?
Yes. The guides are letter-size PDFs made to read on a screen or print at home, and the worksheets are designed to be printed and written on.
Can I get a refund?
Sales are final, because the files are delivered instantly. If a file won’t open or download, contact us and we’ll fix it.
Can I share it?
It’s licensed for your own home or business. Please send friends here instead of forwarding the files. Details in the terms of sale.
