Six things we do on every project, from the first visit to the final walkthrough.

Honest advice at your home

An experienced member of our team comes to your home for the estimate, asks about your goals and tells you honestly what is possible and what is not.
Everything in writing

A clear written estimate with every item listed: labor, materials, removal, preparation and trim. You know the full price before you decide.
See it before you choose

We put real samples down and test stain colors on your own floor, so you are not guessing from a small chip.
A plan everyone can see

A day or two before we start, we confirm the date and arrival time. On site, a printed work sheet shows you and the crew exactly what will be done.
Your home taken care of

Dust control while we sand, walkways cleared and the work area cleaned up at the end of each day, with an update on what comes next.
Done right, and backed

A final walkthrough with you, care instructions for your new floor and a Limited One-Year Workmanship Warranty in writing.

When the job is done

Your project and warranty folder

Every finished project comes with a folder for your home records: your project details, like the wood and the stain or finish used, care instructions for your new floor and your warranty information.

Keep it with your house papers. When it is time for a recoat or a repair years from now, the details are right there.

A local, family-owned company

Vision Flooring is family owned and based in Everett, established in 2006. Alex Babko leads the company: he sets the standards every project follows and trains our team, so you get the same care whoever is working in your home.

Before we focused on flooring, our team spent more than 20 years in residential construction. That experience helps us plan floors around cabinets, stairs, appliances and the other work happening in your home.

We aim to be the flooring company you can trust to make your project simple, deliver beautiful results, and treat your home as if it were our own.
