Terms of Sale for Digital Guides
These terms apply when you buy a digital guide, planner or kit from Vision Flooring LLC on this website.
What you buy
Digital files: PDF guides and worksheets, spreadsheets (Excel format, which also open in Google Sheets and Apple Numbers) and, for the contractor kit, editable Word forms. Nothing is shipped. Each product page lists the files and formats before you buy, and most guides have free sample pages.
Payment and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe on its secure checkout page; we never see or store your card number. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.
Delivery
Right after payment you see your download page, and the same private link is emailed to you. The link does not expire. Each file can be downloaded several times per order; if you reach the limit or anything does not work, contact us and we will fix it (we usually reply the same business day). If we improve a guide later, your link downloads the newest version.
Your license
- Homeowner guides: for use in your own home or homes you manage. You may print copies for your own use.
- Contractor kit: for use in your own business. You may edit the forms and workbook, add your logo and use them with your customers.
- Please do not resell, share, post or upload the files, in whole or in part, or include them in other products. Send friends to this page instead.
Refunds
Hire Vision Flooring for work in your home and we refund what you paid for the guide in full. Just mention your order number. Otherwise sales are final, because the files are delivered instantly. If a file won’t open or download, contact us and we’ll fix it. About a refund or a file, email office.vflooring@gmail.com or text 425-218-4234. A refund goes back to the card you paid with, and you keep your files.
General information, not professional advice
The guides share general information from our experience as a flooring contractor. They are not legal, insurance, engineering or safety advice, and every home, floor and product is different. Always follow your flooring and product manufacturers’ instructions, your local building codes and your insurance policy; where they differ from a guide, they come first. Work safely, use protective equipment, and hire a licensed professional for anything you are not sure about. You are responsible for the work you do and decide to have done.
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it.
Your information
We keep your name, email address and order details to deliver your files, answer questions and keep business records. Payment details stay with Stripe. More in our privacy policy.
